When the next bus came my transfer had just expired. I was told I needed to purchase a new ticket. I am a senior citizen and requested that if that was the case I would like to make my fare that was now turned to $2.00 instead of $1.00 and exchange it for the $2.00 daily pass. I was told that was not possible. WHY NOT! It also should also apply to all full fair riders that in this case would have paid $5.00 for a bus ride. That’s a lot of money for a bus ride!
